If you simply want to warm up the color you can put the unit on a dimmer. If the light is aimed predominantly one direction you might be able to put a 4x4' frame of gel in front of it. chris kempinski Posted November 29, 2007 Share Posted November 29, 2007 we just did this the other day. cut a huge 4X4 piece of gel and wrap it up, both the 1000W bulb and joker are too hot to do anything on the inside, from my experience.
