Static, moving and LCD shooting with Varicam

Hy, I need some advice please.

My next project will be shooting with Varicam Panasonic AJ HDC 27 and Pro 35 P + S Technick.

I will have a few scenes shooting buildings through the car window( moving ) and the rest

relatively static. And I will have a few with a big LCD or plasma tv with sound.

Can you tell me wich settings are the best for each footage, or should I put everything on 60 fps? And for the sound should I have a particular settings?

Everything will be played in a normal speed, for a PAL project.

Thank you a lot, I already read a lot of topics about settings for Varicam, but I need this advice to be shure I will do a good job.
