Donavan Sell
I hate to ask this, But I have been a active shooter for non union work for most of my last 10 yrs. I never took the road to becoming a Iatse 600 member, because I never needed to, and or the work I do did not ask me to be. The dirctors I work with have been moving up, and taking me along with them. and now their next job asked them to enter the DGA, at which now they need a Union Dp. I am willing to do what is necessary to start the process, But looking at the international website there is no information about membership or the process involved. I just would like to gather some info before I start making calls and such. Any tips would be apprechiated Thank you
Premium Member Adrian Sierkowski Posted April 30, 2008 Premium Member Share Posted April 30, 2008 http://www.cameraguild.com/ then go to contact, and it has a whole page of e mails and phone numbers worth ringins. I'm not union myself; so i'm sure others could offer more.

Premium Member Tim Carroll Posted April 30, 2008 Premium Member Share Posted April 30, 2008 Wow, it's like Deja Vu all over again . . . I just did the same thing last night, and here is what I received: Hello: Attached is C.S.A.T.F.'s roster information sheet on how to get placed on the roster and to qualify for the union. CSATF (Contract Services Administration Trust Fund) is the establishment that administers the paperwork for roster placement. Typically, once you are placed on the appropriate roster Local 600 will receive notification and we will send you application materials to join The International Cinematographer's Guild Local 600. For further information, please contact Scott Geraldi at CSATF 818-995-0900. Thank you. Sincerely, Michael T Shiraga Member Services International Cinematographers Guild I.A.T.S.E.
