I'm not trying to be crass or unhelpful here, but the information you're asking for is on every one of those manufacturer's web sites. Do some homework and you'll get all the information you need and more.

Here's what I have in my spreadsheet:

Arri D 20: 0.935" x 0.702"

D-21: Most likely the same, but no direct confirmation

Panavision Genesis: 0.930" x 0.523"

Thomson Viper: Generic 2/3"

Sony Cinealta: Generic 2/3"

Varicams: Generic 2/3"

Dalsa Origin: 1.339" x 0.677"

Red: No exact dimensions given, probably similar to Arri and Genesis

Phantom HD: 1.008" x 1.008"

Phantom 65: 2.016" x 1.201"

SI-2k: Generic 2/3"

The SI-2K is just a bit larger than Generic 2/3.

10.24 x 5.76 mm

It doesn't sound much but most lenses designed for 2/3 wont cover this chip.

If you want to use them knock the resolution back to generic 1920x1080
