Premium Member Gus Sacks Posted July 2, 2008 Premium Member Share Posted July 2, 2008 Just wondering if anyone's used them, or knows the look they'd give versus the other lenses they have there... I've used all of them, from Abel :) from the Cooke S4s to the Zeiss Super Speeds, the Optar Illuminas, etc and I'm shooting a S16 film in August that I'm looking for a certain look that I'm not sure I've found in those lenses, and frankly, I'm just curious - having recently purchases a Rangefinder to shoot stills on. So I was just wondering if anyone had used them or knows what's up! Thanks! :)

Premium Member Gus Sacks Posted July 3, 2008 Author Premium Member Share Posted July 3, 2008 Very cool. I believe I'll take advantage of that. Would I contact Maia or someone in the Tech Dept?

Premium Member David Auner aac Posted August 3, 2008 Premium Member Share Posted August 3, 2008 have guys a PL to Nikon F-mount adapter? It's not possible (at least not easily as you'd need some kind of relay system) to use a PL mount lens on a Nikon F bayonet. The FFD on the PL is 52 on the Nikon it's 46,5mm. Much easier to try and find a Nikon 300/2 with F mount. Cheers. Dave

Dave Yes, am looking but most of them appear to have been taken by rental houses or studios and converted to PL.
