Andrew McCarrick
You can get a 435 for about $100k. The only camera you're going to get to do 120fps is either film, The Red Camera (in 2k mode) (http://red.com) or, a Vision Research Camera (http://www.visionresearch.com/index.cfm?se...p;page=products). The cheapest of all of them is Red at $18k... you can rent for alot cheaper. Edited November 9, 2008 by Andrew McCarrick

Olex Kalynychenko
Olex,I have seen these cameras-- the new digitals-- pop up in conversation over on the RED forums; a lot of people doubt they really exist. Got any inside scoops for us? As for me, I do not take of Kinor digital cameras at my hand. But, I'm from Dneporpetrovsk and we had experience to use of RED camera ( two commecial shoots) lat stime only. We do not a big centre of filmmaking. From other side, The many filmmakers from Moskov , St-Petersburg had experience to use of Kinor digital cameras and have very high opinion. The guys from russian cinematiography forum discuss Kinor too much and show many real opinions from real shooting. http://cinemac.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=1484 Kinor's available for rent, versions with speed 200 fps and 700 fps. The quote from 16.10.2008, http://cinemac.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=2437&st=25 Alexander Kitaev wrote : .... Matthew Buick
My mate has a Sony Consumer camera which turns 3seconds its 12seconds but it can only record a maximum of 3 seconds each shot :( Also, the quality of the image REALLY does deteriorate in that slow motion mode. Trust Sony to add a fantastic feature to it's cameras, and completely ruin it! :( Edited December 21, 2008 by Matthew Buick
