Union scale rate card in NYC for feature?

there any place where I can get the minimum union scale rate for all production crews for a feature ($500,000-935,000)?

 

I already checked Ny411, Mayor's office, DGA, Local 52, Local 600, producer's union etc, etc.

 

The local refused to share information to non members. This is for a class project.

 

i would really appreciate the help.

p.s: are the rates different in NYc than it's in L.A? or is it the budget that decides?
