Wondering what was the other camera used for half the film? From what I saw it looked like an Arri 35mm, could be wrong. Premium Member Adrian Sierkowski Posted February 23, 2009 Premium Member Share Posted February 23, 2009 The film was a mix of 35mm and the SI-2k, and I hear even an HV30...
Ryan Thomas
The film was a mix of 35mm and the SI-2k, and I hear even an HV30... In the AC article it said 35mm, SI-2k, and some stuff with that Cannon 1D MKIII. I haven't seen anything about the HV30 around... Still pretty cool. :D

From the footage that i saw it took up more than 50% of behind the scenes shots. not sure if the full film had more then 50 though... the canon 5D2 is great, though you need to use work arounds to get some manual controls of ISO, shutter and aperture. I just used it for a short I shot. Edited February 23, 2009 by Josell Ramos
Jason Rodriguez
According to Anthony Dod Mantle, the shooting ratio was 60/40 for SI-2K vs. Film in "Slumdog". Step-framed sequences and timelapse were shot with the Canon 1D MKIII. Thanks, Jason
