Hi-Contrast 7363 hand-processing

Recommended Posts

Hi!

I processed a batch of HiCon in D19 this weekend, easiest process ever.

I used a safelight, and three buckets (dev, wash, fix)

1. D19, 5 min or until I could see images, It seems you cant overprocess it, couldn't get more density by incrasing the time (so this is not a film to push)

2. Wash about 2min (you could use stop bath, but water is free)

3. Fix for 5 min

(then wash it again, and let it dry...)

have fun

Hey Paul,

When you processed this stock, did your negative have the yellowish base color still? I processed as negative and it seems like it has a yellowish/grey color to the stock.
