Originally, they used Leica lenses, but that was 50+ years ago. The image is the same size as 35mm SLR still cameras, so all that huge collection of glass would work, with appropriate adapters. I suspect that most everything that covers is probably either very old and original to the format or is rehoused from a full frame 35mm still camera lens.
