David Desio
Hey all, Recently I shot a spot using the HPX500 and a pro35 adapter with master primes. I have used this set up before and have gotten great results, but this time, while the image and colors look great, I noticed alotl of "dancing" in the out of focus areas, even the ones that were not very dark. Is there an optimal shutter speed to use on the camera? An optimal GG speed/setting on the adapter? Thanks, Dave
Premium Member Satsuki Murashige Posted April 22, 2009 Premium Member Share Posted April 22, 2009 What apertures were you shooting at? I've never had a problem with a 1/48-1/60 shutter. You probably don't want more than 1/125. GG speed about 6-7.

GG speed about 6-7. I was shooting at around f2.8-4split. My shutter was 1/60, GG speed at 7. What's weird is that it really stood out against white walls that were reading at about 70IRE.
