Fahim Huq
Books are great, and some introductory DVDs are great for getting started, and nothing beats being on set, but still... any recommendations for something that assumes we know the basics and starts right after? And something that's less for interviews/weddings but more for Film? thanks you very much. Edited May 25, 2009 by Fahim Huq
Jake Iesu
I Have the perfect solution for you. :) A friend of mine shot some videos at the Australian Film Television and Radio School in Sydney, as part of a series called the Kodak lighting for realism master class. They are a little old now and the quality is fairly poor however the wealth of information contained within them is still priceless stuff. Check them out here https://www.studentfilmmakers.com/store/cus...productid=16814 Basically it is a few of the greats demonstrating how they would light particular scenes. Allen Daviau, Robby Muller, John Seale, Dean Semler and a bunch more.
