Cris Moris
Greetings everyone, I was wondering if anyone has any experience with shooting in Mexico? I will be gaffing a feature there possibly in February in the Yucattan. I don't know much about the project except that the G & E gear is most likely coming out of Mexico city. The DP is bringing Keys, and we will have a local crew. Its all location shooting. I guess just wanted to know if people have suggestions, dues and dont's, what's to be expected, etc... Any and all comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yucatan is a good place to go, you may find some mosquitoes, that's all. Crew from U.S .or anywhere have always better / good acomodations (Union fighting better ?) If you need informations on specific points , maybe I can help you,I worked in Mexico for 20 years.
