I can get the 4008 ZM for a decent price, but would it be worth waiting to find a ZM II? Thanks! If you click HERE, you will be directed to my answer to this question with pictures of the two different cameras at your disposal. I hope that clarifies the difference between ZM and ZM II. As regards the waiting for a ZM II... Personally, I never considered going for a ZM because of the Schneider 11x6mm lens on the ZM II, plus the rewind feature is pretty nifty despite digital post today.
