Premium Member Gus Sacks Posted December 23, 2009 Premium Member Share Posted December 23, 2009 http://www.imdb.com/media/rm1315868160/tt0499549 Thanks. Are you referring to the photo of the HVX? Or the Pace 3D, is the one with all the cables.

Keneu Luca
"What camera is this? , And what's Cameron doing with it?" Im not really a video guy, so I can't identify the camera. But I'll throw some guesses out as to what he's doing with it. One thing is for sure, in that photo he is using it to support a small amount of his body weight as he slightly leans on it. Then there's the expression on his face and the hand gesture which is multiple choice: a. "No I assure you, studies show that expensive groundbreaking frame-cluttering CGI will always distract a majority of the public from characters and a story that are lacking." b. "Just stop right there or I'll throw this thing at your face" c. "The Governor of California is outside? XXXX don't let him on the set...." Guest Stephen Murphy
Given his use of the Vid stick on True Lies and Titanic to block out tracking masters for all the HOD's to work to id imagine he could be using the HVX as a digital equivalent. Just a guess.
