Still photography

Hey folks,

just for fun I had my very first still-photography-shooting.

I used a 1.2k arri fresnel HMI for the outside shots and I used a 2.5k HMI open face through 6x6 Butterfly (muslin) for all the indoor stuff.

What do you think?

(I know it is not motion picture but come on techniques and in this case equipment are the same)

Those shots are quite beautiful. Very nice work. May I ask, the one of the girl looking to the left, with the orange kicker light - can you explain the lighting setup a little bit in detail? It looks fairly simple, but I'm curious to exactly what you did. It looks like your HMI through the butterfly coming in from about 35 degrees to camera right, and then a soft bounce of orange maybe coming from behind the subject, but about 60 degrees off to camera left. Is this pretty close to what you did? Good job!

Hi there, thank you for your feedback :)

It is even simpler, you are right about the HMI but i did not use a bounce on this particular picture :)
