I am almost certainly going to buy one of these units soon, but am wondering whether I will really need a nanoflash unit as well. While I am sure the big broadcasters will accept this 4:2:0 machine for

HD broadcast I am thinking of putting together an extensive file library of outback Australia over the next few years. Would it really be a selling advantage to have the nanoflash 4:2:2 footage with the much higher 100mbs data rate. If so how would you store it all without breaking the bank?

Thanks a lot for your input.

Unless you're shooting a lot of really fast action, I wouldn't get it. I haven't had an issue with people accepting 4:2:0 footage, and the only difference I can tell with these cameras with the nano flash recorder is cleaner, crisper fast action. If you are shooting interviews and b-roll it's useless in my opinion.
