Underwater Lightning

Hi, I'm new at this forum. I came here because I'm a student at Buenos Aires Universidad del Cine, and I've been doing scuba diving on my vacations in Chile. Some of the crew there were planning to do a Documentary and asked me to work with them, but I don't have any experience on underwater lightning techniques. I wonder if someone here can help me. Also, I don't have a great budget, so I need a cheap solution.

 

We will be recording at a depth of 12 meters (40 feet) approximately.
