Recording quality

Hi all

 

I'm looking for a comparison chart that shows the recording bit rate (in Mbps) for popular pro cameras. Ultimately I'd like to see where the various formats/models sit:

 

Sony Digital Betacam

Sony HDCAM

Sony HDCAM SR

I know Sony XDCAM EX (EX1/3) & Sony XDCAM HD (700/F800)

Canon 1D, 7D & 5D

I'm not too familiar with Pana cameras but would welcome the stats
