Brandon Whiteside
Take a look at my latest short film, "Rocky Road" (8 min) shot with the Panavision Panaflex 16. It's the video that autoplays at http://www.youtube.com/user/C41Productions
Premium Member Sean Lambrecht Posted May 24, 2010 Premium Member Share Posted May 24, 2010 Nicely done! And what a treat to see something originating on film. And on a tripod, no less! :)
Brandon Whiteside
Haha, well if you want to get technical, we actually used a Chapman Super Pee Wee!
Brandon Del Nero
Great Job! Question, did you have any mechanical problems with the Elaine? Taking nothing away from your film at all (because I think it looks wonderful), the Elaine is just a horrid 16mm camera. The block is poorly built from my experience, wondering if most people have the same issues with it I sure do know how to kill a conversation :( Again, nicely done sir! Brandon Whiteside
We had zero issues with the camera. I felt that it was a wonderful piece of equipment. I loved working with it. (I was the operator)
