Two important questions about filters

Hi everyone,

 

This summer I have a short film in outside location (forest) as director of photography. We will use a Panasonic AG-HPX500. My doubts are:

 

1- The lens is SD. Would I can use a Black Pro-Mist 1/8 or it is inadvisable?

2- I want use a polarizing filter but, how true is that it ruins the image if there is movement? Because will be a lot of handheld camera…
