Praised for it's "consistently stunning images" by IFC News, and called "a visual feast" by the American Cinematheque, the film had it's world premiere at the Montreal World Film Festival and it's US premiere at the Cinequest Film Festival. Shot in HD on the Sony HDW-F900 by Canadian DP Geoff Denham, with additional 35mm footage by M.
