Black and White movie with HDW F900R

Recommended Posts

Hi to every body.

I will start a movie with Sony HDW F900R. The movie must be black and white. I don't know if it is better to shoot b/w or shoot color image and then change the image at the post production to black and white image.

I don't prefer to de-saturate the image from the paint menu of the camera but i don't know other way to shoot black and white images with this camera.

Shoot in color. There are different ways to desaturate an image. Doing it in camera is the least flexible. If your Director wants to monitor in B&W, simply turn the chroma right down on his monitor.
