Guest Matti Poutanen
Hi! A quickfire question: does somebody happen to know if there is a place to grab a copy of American Cinematographer magazine in Berlin? Thanks!
Henry Weidemann
I think it's almost impossible to find a copy of American Cinematographer Magazine anywhere in Germany, even not in Berlin. If you want to have a copy of it you have to rely on the archive editions on www.theasc.com, or maybe ask around at the local film schools in Berlin. Maybe they have it there for some educational reasons.
Mike Bruin
Bit late for a reply but most main railway stations in Germany have newsagents with foreign titles and I have bought AC in Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) before.
T Rene
Ask someone in the US to mail you a copy B) I can if you didn't find it. What is Babelsberg Studios like, have you heard of it? Do you have to speak German or do Americans work there? I don't think I'll ever live in Berlin but saw Babelsberg Studios here and there on news clips and was always curious.
