I recently attended a demo with a pilot who has a canon 7D with a small remote helicopter - a traditional looking one, and it was impressive. But not "easy" by any means. There are dozens of factors to consider and very important safety issues as well. Hire an experienced professional and work closely with a full crew to get it right. Don't try this at home, people.
