ALC flickering (shutter?)

Hi everybody,

 

I'm having flickering problems with my super16 converted ACL under daylight conditions. The flickering is quite subtile but a little more noticeable in the right down corner of the image, corresponding to the enlarged gate area, I suppose.

I've read that some european conversions do not include the 144 shutter, wich seems to be necessary. I'm attaching a picture of my shutter (thanks to tonyn24play) for if someone can tell me wether if its the correct one, the regular one or a bad 144º conversion.
