Which colored fishing line is least likely to show up on camera: Clear or Black?

I need to make something look like its floating. Should I get 0.06 mm fishing line in clear or in black? or if you've done something like this before, can you tell me which string/line you used?

 

I'm wondering if clear would show up easier because it might reflect, or if black would be easier to hide because im using a color correction with higher contrast.

i think it should depend on the color of your background. if its a lighter color, clear; darker, black
