J.M. O'Malley
Does anyone know where I can get the ground glass in a camera exchanged for a 1.85 ground glass? How much should I expect to pay for this?
Rik Andino
What camera? It might be easier to just have the lines lasered into the original ground glass.

I read, doing a Google search, that some people mask off the area using scotch tape. Do you recommend this, as a temporary solution? How exactly would I go about doing this? I haven't been able to find any instructions. It's an Arri s.
Premium Member Nathan Milford Posted March 24, 2005 Premium Member Share Posted March 24, 2005 I wouldn't scotch tape the ARRI S groud glass. Your safest bet is to see if you can rent a 1.85 GAL Glass from Du-All in NYC. That is, if they rent them, of course. http://www.duallcamera.com/services/index.shtml
