Joerg Polzfusz
Kahl doesn't sell films to amateurs any more and one can only guess which film-stocks have been used. Hence this question can't be answered and is more or less obsolete (unless your a film-student or unless you can order film via a film-related company). Premium Member Simon Wyss Posted October 25, 2013 Premium Member Share Posted October 25, 2013 I am familiar with the stocks he sells, have exposed, processed, and printed on them. By a gentlemen’s agreement I must not tell what they are but what I can say is that the black-and-white films from Kahl are up to all standards. Unfortunately he doesn’t offer longer rolls than 100 ft. any more. In spite of this I can very well imagine that a client will find a deal with him about 400 and or 1000 ft. portions, depending on the particular stock. I have bought 400-ft. rolls of black-and-white positive film in Super-8 and Double-8 from him. Everything was in order.
