100 foot spools in LTR mag

I understand that we can take off the core holder on the feed side of the mag by unscrewing on little screw, but the last time I looked at the take-up side it didn't look like there was a way to do the same.

Am I missing something?

This was always pretty easy on my Eclair ACL.

cos you feed it in as normal as if it were a 400 ft film thus no need to alter.....

No the take-up side stays as it is. You must use a 2" core.

Make sure to bring a spare 400 foot can and dark bag because the exposed roll will be too big to fit in the 100" plastic box.
