Giorgio Taricco Posted February 6, 2014 Share Posted February 6, 2014 Hi gents, I'm thinking to buy some 200Ft 35mm Daylight Spools, as you know these are very difficoult to find in 35mm format. Found a source but minimum order quantity is 20 pieces, price will be £7.95 excluding VAT and postage. There are also available for sale the 35mm 200FT plastic can to store the exposed/unexposed films. The Daylight spool are made from plastic and they come from USA even if I have found them from UK, a well know supplier of cine equipment. So, if anyone is interested please let me know, I can't buy 20 pieces as I need only 6... BTW, I will try to see if in some way the could be used in the 60-120Mt Konvas magazine, I think I need to have some adapter machined for the job. Any tips about that? Do you have any idea whether this is the case? I'm out of town so can't check on the magazine to see but if you look up eBay no 271366682911 there is a photo of inside the mag that vaguely shows the spindle.
