Nikkor ED 180mm f/2.8 Lens For PL help

It will still be a 180mm lens, the only difference is a 180mm lens on S16mm has a smaller FoV (3.8 degree according to my calculator http://www.abelcine.com/fov/) which means in essence that if you were trying to match it on 35mm, then you'd need a 374mm lens. I can't speak to the lens sharpness though it should be fine for your needs considering your real limiting factor on sharpness is the S16mm film.
