Jon Ronson found a lot of the material for that in The Boxes. It was made into a documentary for the BBC at the time and then forgotten, unlike her wise father's practice of destroying trims and outtakes. He didn't want bits of '2001' turning up in the likes of 'Space, 1999'. Perish the thought. Apparently her slating was somewhat, er, irregular and Gordon Stainforth earned a packet just syncing up.
