Eclair NPR video tap

Recommended Posts

I've uploaded these photos for people interested in the NPR. Although I've had it for years I've never seen another one like it. Presumably built in the 1970s (?)...provides a monochrome image.

Is that a special viewfinder?

I have been considering altering my ACL to attach a microscope camera, preferably like this, but realistically the best way would be to mount it to the actual eyepiece (for when my operator uses the steadicam).

Hi Samuel, do you know who made the tap in 1979 ?

I don't, but I do know they were sold by Soremec-Eclair in Hollywood in that time period.
