Making 4x4 Bead Board

Recommended Posts

Home Depot/Lowes.

Insulfoam board will have a softish silver on one side then gaff tape a piece of Foamcore to it to make it ridged.

Silver/White breadboard now has a hard silver face.

You can buy a roll of Lee/Rosco Silver or Gold and spray glue it to whatever board you want also.

The Best way I have found is to start by wrapping the 2 sheets when they are 4x8 as one unit using White gaffers tape or White Duct tape. Then using either a Skilsaw with a straight edge or a table saw Cut the individual sizes as needed. Finishing their edges with either tapes of you choosing. The saw makes for a really nice clean edge look.

For nice durability use 1/2" Gator board in place of the foam core.
