Slow motion sync?

I'm filming a music video for an artist in a few weeks and i want to start the slow motion sync technique where the character is walking in slow motion but is singing the song in real time example: Coldplay- Yellow https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yKNxeF4KMsY. I'm quite confuse of the steps to take, can someone enlighten me?

You just need to speed up the music by the right amount and then shoot at a high frame rate. Then when you slow down the footage it should still be in sync with the music when played at normal speed.

 

So if you want to slow the motion down by 50% then you need to double the speed of the music playback on set (chipmonks!)
