Carl Nenzen Loven
I have been trying to figure this out for myself, but it seems a bit complicated. Which filters fit for the ACL 1 filter slot? I have been considering adding the standard .3 to .9 NDs to my kit but I can't find the right size. C
rob spence
The ACL has a special metal filter slide which fits into the top of the camera so that the filter is between the lens and the shutter. They take gelatin filters ie the flexible , usually kodak filters, which can be cut to size for the filter slide. Be VERY VERY careful when using the filter slide as it has been known to hit the pendulum mirror and damage it. if it is inserted badly. You will have to google for a supplier of gelatin filters. rob spence
One last thing always put some gaffa tape or camera tape over the top of the filter slide plastic grip to stop light leaking into the camera...whether you have a filter in it or not...it's a notorious light leak problem.
