It seemed like the bigger the job (more money), the more volatile it got. Not everyone in this business came up from a professional training or background. So they might not learn what is appropriate...or might learn the opposite: If they watch their superior get angry and scream, then they may think thats the way it is or what you have to do to get what you want.
