David McLeavy
Hello, everyone. We will need to rig the camera to a ladder top on an upcoming shoot and I wanted to get some input as to the best clamps to use. We have the board and mount already. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! Edited January 25, 2019 by David McLeavy
Stuart Brereton
Grips would usually use C Clamps and ratchet straps to fix a hi-hat to the top of a ladder. Don't forget to add plenty of sandbags to the bottom rungs of the ladder for stability.
Mike Sulzberger
If the ladder already has a hole in it (as they often do to hold a paintbrush handle or other tool) attach the ball of your tripod head directly to the ladder.
