Premium Member Phil Rhodes Posted August 28, 2019 Premium Member Share Posted August 28, 2019 I'm at the launch event in LA. The company showed some very accomplished short films at the Dolby facility on Vine Street in Hollywood which made it look very good. I've got a prerelease model to play with over the weekend, so if anyone is interested in seeing anything in particular done with it, and it's something I can reasonably do from an Airbnb on no notice, let me know. Skintones, highlight rolloff, rolling shutter performance, and battery life are the things I’d love to see in detail. Some 10-bit 4:2:2 vs 10-bit 4:2:0 comparisons would be great as well. And a look at the highest quality (10-bit? 4k?) 60fps the camera can do ? It sounds remarkably powerful on the basis of specs.
Bob Speziale
Street scenes, people and cars going by. An indoor selfie intro (vlog style). Seems the samples contain a lot of blues. I wonder if they are avoiding the reds? Edited August 28, 2019 by Bob Speziale
