kris limbach
I am just about to rehouse a set of 5 primes and I was wondering: I would like to have a nice case with custom sized foam etc for these lenses, and maybe with a logo printed / engraved etc. on the case. Anyone can point me to a service? I searched with no luck... thank you! :)
Adam Froehlich
Jason Cases will make custom cases with engraving and such, but they're likely fairly expensive judging by the pricing on their standard cases... https://www.jasoncases.com/store/pages/custom-case-faq/
kris limbach
DEar Adam, thanks for the hint. they look beautiful, but I think they are out of my price range. Also because they are situated in the US and I would need to send the lenses there to fit..
Premium Member Uli Meyer Posted December 5, 2019 Premium Member Share Posted December 5, 2019 Hi Kris, No need to send the lenses to these guys. You can design your case and foam inserts yourself. https://mycasebuilder.com/ They made a great case and foam for me last year.
kris limbach
Hi Uli, thanks, this looks great! I Just a question: When you put in the exact radius and numbers, do the lenses fit and "stay" and can you easily put them in and out?

It allows you to send the foam back and get a new one made should it not fit your design. That's what I did and got it just perfect.
