SR1 Video Tap

Hi guys

I'm new to the forum and and I've only had limited experience with 16mm equipment. So, please forgive this boring question.

Would I be able to power this video tap with a 12 pin Lemo to D-Tap?

Could I get away with a V-Lock?

From what I can tell, it's just a CCTV camera, I just need to show the frame, that's all.

Any help would be appreciated!
