shooting of a tv monitor

 I am a bit lost here, let me explain:

I am about to film 4 tv monitors in a relative dark room, all of the 4 tv's will be playing a short animation (pencil illustrations over bright background). My question is what will be the best way to shoot the scene (using 16mm Arri) in terms of light and reading the exposre of the TV?! :o should I use a spotmeter? indicent? and any suggestions or warnings in these kind of situations ?

thanks.
