Dorian Quell
A collaborator and I will be finishing a video project soon. I was just going to ask for any post production tips, dealing with deinterlacing the footage and the transfering it to VHS or VCD. We have begun editing and tips there are not really needed. I was just curious about the ways to touch it up. What programs might we need for deinterlacing and such?
Alvin Pingol
VirtualDub for deinterlacing and other processing effects (be sure to download more filters, as there are many, most of which are incredibley useful). TMPGEnc to compress your MPEG (if you are making a VCD). VCDImager Easy to create the VCD. Note, almost any VCD application will do, but I find this one (in terms of compatibility across various DVD players) to create the best discs. Then burn the CUE file created with VCDImager Easy with Fireburner.
