If you're looking in the EU, I'd definitely go with Les Bosher. I've known him since we worked together at Samuelson's in the late 60s, and he's an excellent tech and machinist.

I second that, Les did my NPR and the work is second to none (except maybe tied Bernie from above). He's a bit slow and hard to get in touch with, but definitely worth it.
