Rob.m.Neilson
So I've cut my film, and matted the footage as 2:35:1. I offset the image for proper framing and when I export it looks like the picture has been zoomed in. I exported to stream a quicktime file in compressor with the 2:35:1 matting on. When I exported normally without that setting my picture was stretched. What do I do to export a file that has my 2:35:1 matting and offsetting preserved from my FCP 5 timeline??? You need to render your offset files separately prior to rendering the 2.35:1 matting.
