Federico Casal
I was wondering any good software to record voice over with my computer...? Any recommended microphones? I just wondered how to get clean voice overs, with no "impurities" in the background. Just to record at my house, for my short films. Thanks! joe garcia
The answer to this hinges on a couple of factors. 1 what cam and audio do you have now if any ?? 2 your proposed budget 3 the strucure of your home to allow for predicting unwanted sounds At present I am on a PC so I am using Adobe Audition. It's Pro software and I like it. Paired with Premiere PRO it becomes a greater extension of Premiere's audio tools. With carefull selection of a short snip of audio noise the software will match the snipet throughout the complete file and eliminate all noise that matches the snipets footprint. One or two such passes produce some really great results for what you are doing. Try VIDEO UNIVERSITY online for articles and some good DIY tips on VOICE OVERS and mic recomendations specific to voice capture. Good Luck joe
