Jian Cyrus Farhoumand
Hi, this is a micro documentary about Santiago de Compostela´s medieval market (Spain).Shot with canon 1014 XLS and Ektachrome 64T. Home telecined onto a wall. http://www.vimeo.com/1510171 Enjoy That was GREAT! I really enjoyed it. Visually interesting topic, especially with the backdrop of all the old buildings and the many people coming and going in al of the shots. Good choice of music too, and I like the way you edited in the shot of the blacksmith hammering the metal just as the percussion started. Very apt. I also enjoyed the editing of the girl with the pig, that was funny. My favourite shot though was the one of the eagle. Something about the crisp focus and the shallow depth of field. Looked great. I've just bought a Canon 1014-XLS too so i'm pretty excited to see what it can do when given a chance. Well done.
andres victorero
Thanks for your reply Jian. The Canon 1014 XL-S is my favourite Super 8 camera. It is very ergonomic, very useful in all the lights and it has a great sharp lens. You really will love it. Regards
