Ciné Kodak Magazine 16

Hi, I was at the local flea market and stumbled across this camera, Ciné Kodak Magazine 16, before looking at the name I thought it was a standard 8 camera. I got it for 10 bucks and seems to be in working order. After looking at the name Ciné Kodak Magazine 16 I brought in the argument that it could be a 16mm camera but it looked way too small. Sure enough I opened the camera, it was a 16mm magazine. But it looks so small like 50ft. The casing of the magazine is metal and the inside has a patent from 1937 and this link http://www.movie-camera.com/kodake.html says that it was introduced in 1945. My one problem with the camera are the magazines! I'm not worried about expirations I've handled some old film before getting an image not great but it's there. I've seen the magazines on ebay before every now and then, but who knows what their condition has been and besides there can't be enough out there to last me too long, this seems like one of Kodak's failed projects. Which brings me to my question, does anyone know if I could turn this magazine into a reloadable magazine? Or does anyone have one of these or shot with one like to tell me anything else? I'td be great If I could find a way to still use because it has a pretty good lens, and even 16, 24, and 64 fps! not bad for 10 bucks.

Regards,

Ernie
