Charles Boileau
Hi, Just wondering if it was possible to diffuse the sun (hard mid day) with bleached muslin. I'm thinking it probably cuts too much light. But I'd like to get other people's take on it. Thanks!
Premium Member Chris Keth Posted November 5, 2008 Premium Member Share Posted November 5, 2008 Sure it works. It's not quite as efficient passing light as silk, though. Whether it cuts too much light is kind of up to you and what you're doing with it.
Kiarash Sadigh
It depends what kind of look you want to achieve. Bleached muslin in a mid-day sun will give you a very very soft early-morning effect. It's however a great bounce material for such situations.
